Fluid Reclaiming

Chem Kleen Reclaiming Service has 3 objectives:

1. Restore your oils and insustrial fluids to a condition as clean as newly manufactured product.

2. Provide these clean oils or industrial fluids at a price lower than the cost of purchasing newly manufactured product.

3. Service your oils, industrial fluids and tanks without disrupting your normal business operations.

The ChemKleen Filtration System is mobile equipment that reclaims industrial oils (compressor, glycol, lubricating, and hydraulic oils) gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oils etc. and cleans fuel storage tanks. Using the most advanced filtration technology available, ChemKleen is able to save our clients money and time by restoring dirty, unusable industrial fluids for continued safe use.

By reclaiming the fluids on-site, the ChemKleen Filtration System eliminates the need to purchase replacement fluids, and provides an immediate solution to the costly disposal problems of petroleum products contaminated by water and particulate. The other option is to have contaminated fuel and/or oil directly shipped to ChemKleen's warehouse. For example, reclaiming compressor oil is generally half of the newly refined cost.

Versatility

The ChemKleen Filtration System can switch from processing industial oils to diesel fuel without any downtime. In addition, the ChemKleen Filtration System processes the vegetable based hydraulic oils that are becoming commonplace in an environmentally conscientious business world.

Lab Verification

A laboratory analysis establishes the chemical properties (additive packages) of the oils and the fuels are not comprimised in any way when processed by the ChemKleen Filtration System. The system removes only the water and particulate matter from the fluid. This gives our customers the assurance that the fluids will continue to be capable at the highest level.

Is Contamination in Oils/Fuels a Problem?

User of industrial fluids typically dispose of the fluids well before their useful life is complete. When the fluids get dirty (sludge, bacteria, particulates) along with water can accumulate in the cooling or storage tanks. These contaminants compromise the ability of the oils/fuels to perform.
